From its Head Quarters in Brussels, BURCO initially specialised in urban renovations in major provincial towns, to evolve towards the development of landmark office buildings in the Brussels Region.

In the early 90's, BURCO chose to deversify and internationalise its business activities. The diversification was oriented towards three real estate sectors : Offices, Residential and Leisure. New regional offices were established in Poland, Hungary and Argentina.

In 2007 the decision was made to divide the group into a European and American entity.

Driven by a new share ownership and a reinforced board of directors, BURCO intends to develop further its core business in these three sectors and these countries.

With over 200.000 m² under development today, the objectives of our company remain what they always have been : focusing on our client's needs in order to produce the right projects at the right places, keeping in mind the fairness and the spirit that have made the success of our 30 year history.
