Established in 1978, BURCO - Belgian Urban Renovation Company - initially specialised in urban renovations in major provincial towns and into the development of landmark office buildings in the Brussels Region.
Today, from its headquarters in Brussels, BURCO EUROPE concentrates its strengths on three locations, being the Brussels Region, the Flemish Coast and the Baltic Coast in Poland and develops new projects towards three real estate sectors : Offices, Residential and Leisure.
With over 300.000 m² under development today, the objectives of our company remain what they have always been : focusing on our client’s needs in order to produce the right projects at the right places, keeping in mind the fairness and the spirit that have made our success since 1978.
