Together with their partner and friend JCX Immo, BURCO acquired the site and intends to develop a residential project.

32 new flats and a children's nursery in Groeselenberg

In collaboration with the studio of Baudouin Courtens, architect, the Groeselenberg project provides for the construction of two residential buildings with 32 flats and a children's nursery in accordance with the current zoning plan. The permit application will be submitted to the municipality in Q3 2023.
