Living areas to suit all needs

This ambitious project concerns the redevelopment of the back port of Ostend. It participates to the incredible rejuvenation of this famous seaside town with the most beautiful beaches in Europe.

Baelskaai is being developed along the water and around an exceptional urban and public park and will convert these ancient docks into the most hip area. It will comprise about 950 residential units when fully completed, benefiting of a unique architecture. The general concept has been designed by Buur architects.

Building a future oasis for residents

After the incredible success of the first phases (Baelskaai 14, 20, 21 and 25, a total of more than 160 luxury apartments), the Central Park Tower (100 apartments) with its beautiful swimming pool and private fitness area has redefined the skyline of the project and the city.

Phase 6, Parkview, with 29 apartments with various sunny apartments, was also sold out immediately.

The 7th phase, Arcade, will offer 34 luxury apartments that will be completed in early 2025.
In the meantime, construction of phase 8, Baelskaai 26, has also started. Another gem by architectural firm AWG with spacious luxury apartments with incredible views of the sea and the city of Ostend.

Phase 9, the loft, in which an old ice factory for the fishing industry is being converted into modern lofts, is in the starting blocks.

Sea views & bright, vibrant living experience

Because of its location and distinct characteristics, this new destination at the Belgian Coast will become a new, colourful and lively part of the city which is already known for its diversity of typologies, adding a vibrant new environment.

Each terraced apartment offers an unobstructed view of the green interior, the port, the city of Ostend and/or the sea.  During construction, special attention was paid to the design of each apartment to ensure that even the smallest of details contributed to an enjoyable living experience and that each apartment made full use of the space within.
