Modern city living with a historic twist

The building is located on the Boulevard de Berlaimont and hosted the printing building of the National Bank of Belgium. Since the take over by Burco Europe and 3D Real Estate, the building has been occupied for temporary use offering a safe haven for artists to host their crafts and exhibit works. It will be renovated and remodeled to become a mix state-of-the-art building creating a dazzling place to work, to live, to eat allowing inner city life with an historic twist.
