Encouraging innovation

The building located on this emblematic square of Ixelles was totally outdated. Technically and architecturally, the building built in 1968 on 20 Place Stephanie needed a new life.

Burco designated Stéphane Bousse for this challenge. The result is stunning : from an architectural point of view this building - renamed TWENTY - found a new elegant identity thanks to subtle architectural interventions.

The requalification of the ground floor integrated the building to the urban life.

The complete renewal of the techniques and the strong accent on the isolation of the envelop allowed to reach an exceptional environmental certificate for a renovated building (B+).

The Great Escape

Attracted by its exceptional location and by the quality of its renovation COMET MEETING decided to launch its Belgian branch with the TWENTY.

The Great Escape is an empowering meeting venue in Brussels where innovation and collaboration thrive.

It's an invitation to escape from everyday life and immerse yourself in a setting off the beaten track, which empowers the potential for innovation and stimulates the collaboration of the teams that meet there.

The unique and highly functional space includes 29 fully modular meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 100 participants.
