A warm welcome awaits

The new residential and care centre "Les Orangeries" managed by Armonea and the Adagio Access Delta hotel is a project developed in partnership with AG Real Estate.

Assisted by the architect Assar, together with Greisch for the stability and Ingenium for the techniques, we developed these buildings right in front of the Delta Chirec hospital complex in Auderghem.

This remarkable project includes the most advanced techniques in terms of heat production with its geothermal wells and its heat recuperation.

Comfortable, safe living, with dignity

Les Orangeries offer spacious, modern living for 150 residents where families and friends feel happy to visit their relatives. Each room provides a safe, warm and relaxed atmosphere, and the common spaces are luminous, qualitative and benefit at each floor of a large terrace.

This centre comprises a dedicated adapted floor for residents with dementia, with the most modern techniques in health care, such as a digital care application and an automated medication administration system.

The beautifully designed patio invites the residents and their families to relax. The spacious rooms are functionally designed and accessible to all. Each floor also has its own lounge and dining room.

The hotel has been designed for the comfort and the well-being of its residents. The rooms have been beautifully decorated and the restaurant benefits of a nice terrace to enjoy relaxed breakfast.
