M-Square

A place to build memories

"M-Square" is a new 24.000 m² district developed in partnership with Thomas & Piron Bâtiment. Located on a plot of land initially owned by the insurance company Federale between the Louis Mettewie Boulevard and the Condor Avenue, it comprises 250 residential units together with a residential and care centre, located in the municipality of Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, close to the main access to the Brussels city centre and a few steps from the Scheutbos Park.

The project has been designed by DDS+ for the residential part and by Archi 2000 for the care centre and is nestled in a beautiful green park that is exceptional is this very dense area.

Lush, scenic living with the city a stone's throw away

This project tends to reply to the housing shortage in the municipality; it mixes private apartments building together with affordable flats developed with Citydev and social units sold to the public housing company, SLRB-BGHM.
